      GRADING:                           F, dark toning, rare

      A worn but still attractive example of a denarius of the rarest of the
      Twelve Caesars, and one of the "four emperors" of 69 AD. Otho's career was
      illustrious, and included province governorships as well as being Nero's
      courtier and orgy organizer. Despite much criticism that can be leveled
      against him, he was apparently a ruler of some dignity, having finally
      chosen to commit suicide and end further Roman bloodshed in a raging civil
      war.

     returned for any reason (but undamaged) up to 10 days after receipt.
     Payment is accepted by personal check or money order (in US$ and drawn on
     a US bank), made out to "Rudnik Numismatics" (sorry, no credit cards for
     now). Personal checks from unknown parties must clear. California
     residents will be invoiced 7.25% sales tax. Shipping and handling: orders
     for U.S. and Canada are sent via registered or insured mail, and charged
     $3; foreign orders (except Canada) will be shipped registered mail, at
     buyer's risk (due to inadequate international insurance), and charged $7.
