  a denarius of the Roman emperor Otho, who ruled for a short period in 69
  A.D. After the suicide of Nero in 68 A.D., there was a scramble between
   Galba, otho, Vitellius, and Vespasian to succeed to the throne. Otho's
 troops killed Galba; Vitellius defeated Otho's forces in battle, whereupon
  Otho comitted suicide himself, on April 17th of 69 A.D. All of his coins
 are quite rare. This coin is quite worn, but easily identifiable. There is
         a scrape on the edge of the obverse from 2 to 3 o'clock.

   The item is guaranteed to be authentic and as-described, without time
                                  limit.
