Otacilia Severa, AE31 (12.73g) Cilicia, Tarsos. 

Obverse: OTAKIL CEYHPAN EZT EYZ CEB, draped bust right
TARCOU MHTPOPOLEOC AMK GB, Dionysus standing, head left, holding
grapes and thyrsos, panther at foot left.

Seller originally offered this as an unlisted Aquilia Severus but
in fact no coins were struck for her in Tarsos. The portrait is
clearly Otacilia Severa.
