     Nero facing right, with legends IMP.NERO.CAESAR.AVG.GERM. The
     reverse features the temple of Janus with closed doors, with SC
     in the fields left and right. The legends read
     PACE.P.R.VBIQ.PARTA.IANVM.CLVSIT. The doors of the temple of
     Janus were closed only when no Roman army was at war anywhere in
     the empire, and this type was minted to proclaim universal peace.
     This example grades an attractive VF, with bold devices and
     legends all around, and a well-rendered portrait. A very pleasing
     example of this scarce historical type, RIC-349.
