Obverse:        His Laureate bust right, 'NERO CLAUDIVS
       CAESAR AVG GER PM TR P IMP PP'
Reverse:        View of the port of Ostia from top
surmounted by small statue of Neptune and
reclining figure of the River Tiber at
bottom. 7 ships within the harbor, the
docks and quays are shown at to both
sides. '..PORT OST..'

gF/aVF - Well centered example with dark patina. The
obverse is damaged at Nero's head but still detailed and
with the legend readable. The reverse is better and shows
good details of the ships, docks and Tiber reclining.

A very rare and one of the most sought after ancient coins.
