AE Centenionalis. FL POP NEPOTIANVS P F AVG. Bare-headed, draped, and
cuirassed bust r. Rv. GLORIA ROMANORVM. Emperor galloping r. spearing
kneeling barbarian with outstretched arms below horse; broken spear and
shield below horse; star above; R S in ex. RIC 200. C 1(120 FR). 4.25g.
Extremely rare and one of the finest examples extant. Most of the original
silvering is still intact.
