illustrated). EF, lustrous, light scratch in

Ex Triton III (30 November - 1 December 1999), lot 1181.

RIC VI pg. 614, 12 describes the mintmark as 
reading dot SMAS star (S retrograde), yet pl. 15, 12 does 
not show the star and is the same die as this coin. 
Depeyrot repeats RIC's mistake citing the same coin. This 
is apparently only the second known specimen with this mintmark, 
the other is in the BM (cited and photographed in RIC).
