B&D: Near EF Macrinus Tetradrachm

     Macrinus Tetradrachm
     A pretty good example of a provincial tetradrachm
     minted at Antioch circa 217 - 218 AD. The coin
     features a very nice, scowling portrait and full
     inscription on the obverse. The reverse is
     inscription is nearly full with a nice eagle. The
     coin grades aEF/aVF and would go well in any
     collection.
