     Obverse: IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, Laureate and cuirassed
     bust right.

     Reverse: PONTIF MAX TR P II COS PP S C, Macrinus in quadriga left
     holding sceptre and branch, crowned by Victory.
