                        January-June AD 218. Laureate, draped bust of Macrinus 
                        right / P M TR P II COS P P, Annona standing left, 
                        holding two grain ears and double cornucopia, modius at 
                        feet. BMCRE 41-42. RIC 26. RSC 47a. RCTV 7340. Flan 
                        crack at 2:00 (obverse). Toned. Good very fine
