RIC VII Heraclea 24, rated R5

This coin, with the extremely rare obverse legend 
including "CONST" was misdescribed by the seller as
a much more common campgate of Licinius II and so it
sold for a fairly low sum. The coin is rated R5, which
means that only one example was known when RIC was written.
