                                Description

     This denarius of Julia Soaemias has a quite unusual portrait. It
     differs both in looks and hairstyle. It also spells out her name
     in full, and some of the letters appears to have been corrected
     on the die. An interesting coin.

     Date: A.D. 218-222
     Reference: Sear 2169, RIC 237, RSC -, Cohen 3
     Obverse: IVLIA SOAEMIAS AVGVSTA, draped bust right
     Reverse: IVNO REGINA
     Condition: VF

     All coins are guaranteed to be authentic, unless stated otherwise
