                        Murdered with her son in AD 235.

                                Silver Denarius

         Obverse: IVLIA MAMAEA AVG, Her diademed and draped bust to the
                                     right.
         Reverse: VESTA, Vesta standing left holding sceptre and patera.

                           Grade: About Uncirculated.

         Scarce. Choice realistic portrait (Tiny line on cheek). Choice
                           reverse with clear details.
                  Light toning. Large planchet. Well centered.
