This reverse is known for Septimius Severus (Mionnet II, 916); 
Varbanov lists the Severus coin (Varbanov 4351), wrongly citing 
Moushmov 6737, which has Mars standing left.
This coin with this extremely rare reverse is unpublished for Julia Domna.
