Obverse : HADRIANUS AUGUSTUS - laureate bust right, aegis on far shoulder. Reverse : COS. III - Roma std. left on cuirass, shield behind, holding victory and cornucopia. Grade gF or better. Unlisted type in RIC, unlisted variety (bare head with aegis) in RSC. Light toning with some darker in recesses. Althought the portrait in in good style, the legends and central reverse devices appear a little sloppy. My guess is that it is either a VERY well done contmporary copy, or the result of a traveling mint. In any result, it's still an unlisted type and possibly unique (possiblemaybeperhaps). Ref.
