obv: IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FE AVG. Laureate, draped and
cuirassed bust right.
rev: Zeus standing, holding patera and leaning on
sceptre, a drapery over his shoulder, eagle at feet.


Variety of Moushmov 3695 which has Zeus holding a thunderbolt rather than a
patera.
