 Mesopotamia, Carrhae. Gordian III. 238-244 AD. Æ 28mm (15.90 gm). Radiate, draped and
  cuirassed bust right; viewed from behind / Turreted, draped and veiled bust of Tyche
  left, the turreted crown [surmounted by crescent]; before her, a small figure
  (Marsyas?) on a column. SNG Copenhagen 187; BMC Mesopotamia pg. 89, 57. VF, dark
  brown patina, slight smoothing. Estimate $200.

The BMC describes the figure on the column as possibly Aquarius, holding a water-skin
  over the shoulder.
