42; Vagi 481. F, black and subdued-brass tone, conceivably a river coin.

Tiberius Gemellus & Germanicus Junior were the twin sons of Drusus and
Livilla. Drusus was the son and heir to Tiberius. He died in 23 AD,
poisoned by his wife, with the aid of the Praetorian prefect Sejanus.
Germanicus Junior died young, but Gemellus survived the reign of Tiberius.
He was named the joint heir of his grandfather, with his adoptive brother
Caligula. However, the Senate put aside the will, and named Caligula sole
heir. Gemellus was briefly heir to Caligula, but was soon executed.
