Obv:  A K PLE GALLIHNON CEB. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right,  
 S  before. 
Rev:  CAGALACCEWN. Hygieia standing right, holding serpent.

Grade: good Fine/about Fine, brassy, minor overall roughness.   
Die Axis:  180°.  Weight:  10.41 g. 

Very  Rare, unpublished? 

The denominational mark "S" (6 Assaria) on the obverse differs from the 
normal denominational mark of Sagalassus coins of this diameter ("I" i.e. 
10 assaria.). This coin is much thinner than 10 Assaria specimens, though.
