Faustina Jr. wife of Marcus Aurelius, died 175 CE, silver
denarius, 17-18mm. Obverse : FAUSTINA AUGUSTA - draped bust
right, hair bound with fillet about forehead. Reverse :
CERES - Ceres std. left on chest, holding corn ears and
short torch. Grade aVF. Very light brownish toning, nice
expressive portrait with good overall detail. Ref. RSC 35a
