                                Description

     This piece was minted in the name of Faustina Senior, the wife of
     Antoninus Pius, who died in 141 AD, and was honored with an
     extensive series of commemorative coinage. The obverse of this
     piece depicts the draped bust of Faustina facing right, with
     legends DIVA.FAVSTINA. The reverse features a peacock standing
     right, looking back, with legend CONSECRATIO. Coin shows very
     lightly granular surfaces, but otherwise grades F+, with clear
     devices and legends all around. A nice example of this scarcer
     type, catalouged as RSC-175. All coins guaranteed genuine without
     limitations. Buyer pays postage/insurance, coin shipped on
