                                Description

     This piece was minted in the name of Faustina Senior, the wife of
     Antoninus Pius, who died in 141 AD, and was honored with an
     extensive series of commemorative coinage. The obverse of this
     piece depicts the draped bust of Faustina facing right, with
     legends DIVA.FAVSTINA. The reverse features Pietas, veiled,
     standing left, holding right hand over altar box with open lid.
     The legends read AVGVSTA. Coin shows some light hairlines, but
     otherwise grades F+, with clear devices and legends all around. A
     nice example of the type, catalouged as RSC-124. All coins
     guaranteed genuine without limitations. Buyer pays
     postage/insurance, coin shipped on clearance of funds. PA
