Obv: FLAV MAX-FAVSTA AVG, draped bust of Fausta right 
Rev: CAESARVM NOSTRORVM surrounding VOT dot X within wreath
Mintmark: ЄSIS (sunburst). 

The O of VOT is slightly higher, in order to accomodate the dot. 

This is an unlisted and otherwise unrecorded coin, as there are no votive 
coins at all recorded for empresses. 

Reverse of RIC VII Siscia 182 of Constantine II? Must be rated R5.
