This is an EXTREMELY RARE AND UNPUBLISHED FOLLIS 28mm of the emperor DIOCLETIAN 284-305 AD. REV "VICTORIA ROMANORVM" from the mint of Antioch.
This is very unusual reverse as this is usualy found on the JOVIAN AE1 with the same type of reverse.
