Roman Imperial, Diadumenian, 218 AD.
Silver Denarius

Obverse: M OPEL ANT DIADVMENIAN CAES Bare headed and draped bust right.
Reverse: PRINC IVVENTVTIS .  Diadumenian standing left holding
wand and sceptre, two  standards to right.

Condition: EF, much better than picture, beautiful metal with
luster in the protected areas. Obverse has full hair detail
(which does not show in the picture) with very slight wear on
high edges. Reverse has slight wear or slight softness only on
some of the high points. Great centering on high relief obverse
with attractive artistic die. This coin has one of the best
portrait's of Diadumenian that I have ever seen.
