FEL TEMP RE-PARATIO, soldier standing left, knee raised,
spearing fallen horseman who has hair straight up (punk
style), and is reaching backwards.

RIC VIII Heraclea 82 var.

This punk-like hair-style is not listed in RIC, (which 
describes the horseman as "diademed" in error - the 
horseman's hair is actually in braids), but
this "hair straight up" type is fairly often seen on 
coins of Heraclea and Nicomedia.
