FEL TEMP-REPARATIO, soldier spearing fallen horseman, who 
is sitting on ground, arm(s) up, wearing a fancy 
rendition of a Phrygian helmet.
A in left field, mintmark PAR.
RIC lists a dot in the centre, which may be the horseman's
second hand.
