Rev: FEL TEMP-REPARATIO, soldier spearing fallen horseman who is wearing a 
 Phrygian helmet, reaching backwards. 
Mintmark: ALEG

RIC VIII Alexandria 80, rated common. 
This is the type described in RIC with a (pointed) Phrygian helmet.
