Constantius Potin Tetradrachm - Year 1 Jul-09-07 US $24.50. The surface is mostly nicely toned, with clearly-visible details, but with medium-fine and very fine granularity in the "crevice" areas. It was attributed by a previous owner as a billon tetradrachm of Constantius I, minted in year 1 (293 AD) at Alexandria. The reverse is Elpis (Spes), walking left, holding a flower. "L" and "A" in the field. The online sources say the type is correct, but that it's probably made of potin (i.e., the Romans had stopped adding any silver to their "silver" coins by the time this one was minted). The actual diameter of this coin is about 19mm, and it's a bit less than 4mm thick.
