Constantinopolis Commemmorative AE3/4. 334-335 AD.  

Obv: CONSTANTINOPOLIS, laureate, helmeted & mantled bust left holding scepter 
Rev: Victory standing left on foot of prow with scepter and leaning on shield,
   AQS in ex. 


The question is, what is the character to the left on the reverse?  I believe 
it is a star that's somewhat blundered, though a good case could be made that 
it is an F, which would make it RIC 137.
