Caracalla AE19 from Philippopolis in Thrace.  

Maenad(?) standing left holding grapes and sceptre (or thrysus?).  
May be Marcus Aurelius as Caesar, but not likely.  

This type is not in BMC, SNG Copenhagen or SNG von Aulock.
