Ruzicka 288 var (listed under Septimius Severus).

Ruzicka believes that the legend within the wreath was
IC EWNA / TOYC KYRIOYC / EP AGAQW / PAVTALIW / TAIC
but was deliberately eradicated. The plate coin in Ruzicka
is similarly eradicated.
