Obv: AYT KM AYP ANTWNEINOC, laureate head of Caracalla right 
Rev: TPIC NEWKOPWN EFECION, Artemis the huntress siezing a fallen stag by the 
 antlers. 

BMC 277, Ephesus.

In contrast to the one in BMC, this reverse legend begins and ends at the 
 12 o'clock position. 

This coin commemorated the third Neocoria of Ephesus, i.e. the building of a 
 third imperial temple.
