            Legend with large SC, counterstamp looks like NCAEF.

     DESCRIPTION :
              The coin is Van Meter 97f, counterstamped with a
             stamp I have never seen before! For sure it is NCA
             and then it looks like EF so NCAEF. Weight is 12.5
grams and size is 26mm.
