Obv: DN ARCADI-VS PF AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and 
cuirassed bust right.
Rev: VIRTVS RO-MANORVM, Roma seated left on cuirass, 
holding Victory on globe and sceptre with barb. 

Mintmark TRPS in exergue.  

RIC IX Trier 106b var (sceptre) Sear (1988) 4227 var (ditto). 

Note: This type with barbed sceptre instead of a spear is not in RIC but is a known type, albeit Scarce.
