       Antoninus Pius, 138-161 CE, AE drachm from Alexandria in Egypt, struck
  155-156CE, 30-33mm. Obverse : Laureate bust right. Reverse : coiled serpent with
    head of Serapis wearing modius. Grade aF or so for issue. Decent detail on a
      scarcer type, attractive mottled green and brown patina. Ref. Milne 2245
