                                Description

     Born in 63 BC, Agrippa was a close friend of Augustus, and was a
     renowned commander by both land and sea. He was destined to
     succeed Augustus, but his untimely death in 12 BC stopped that
     from happening. It was said of Agrippa that 'loyalty constrained
     him to take second place.' A few scarce attributions were minted
     and this is one of them, either the Sear 556,557 or 558. The
     reverse is nearly illegible, and upon close examination, the
     winner may be able to place this one in the correct numerical
     category. At any rate, this scarce coin should see some brisk
     action. The obverse is M AGRIPPA L F COS III with his head left,
     and the reverse is Neptune standing left, holding Dolphin and
     Trident. A small reserve has been placed on this coin. Please add
     $1.75 for PH&I. MO gets ASAP shipping. Check must clear. Florida
     residents add 7% sales tax.
