right. / Statue of Octavian on top of rostral column decorated with ship's
prows, sterns and anchors, IMP CAESAR at sides. RSC 124. VF The rostral
column celebrates the Victory of Octavian over the combined forces of
Antony and Cleopatra at Actium.
