                        THRACE: Maronea. After 146 BC. AR tetradrachm (15.97 
gm).

                        Head of young Dionysus right, wearing mitre and wreathed 
                        with ivy / Young Dionysus standing left, holding grapes, 
                        two spears, and cloak, PWDU monogram in inner left 
                        field, PARU monogram in inner right field. Moushmov pl. 
                        xxiiii, 3 (same dies). Cf. SNG Copenhagen 637–638. Minor 
                        abrasion in inner left reverse field. Nearly extremely 
                        fine 
                        Estimated Value: $ 400
