                        KINGS OF THRACE: Lysimachus. (323-281 BC). AR 
                        tetradrachm (17.00 gm).

                        Uncertain mint. Diademed head of deified Alexander 
                        right, with horn of Ammon / Athena enthroned left, 
                        holding Nike and resting elbow on grounded shield, 
                        transverse spear in background, no visible controls but 
                        three short lines radiating from top of spiral on 
                        throne. Cf. Mektepini 231-233. Reverse a little 
                        off-center. Very fine
