41/40 BC was a very important year. Labienus and Pacoras had been killed 
and the Parthians were evicted from Syria by the Roman Imperial forces of 
Antony and Octavian. In that year, Antony and Cleopatra were married in Antioch.
The monogram below the date has been identified as KL.
