Obv: (AK-RA, usually retrograde), eagle, wings spread, 
alighting left on tunny fish. 
Rev: Crab, grouper fish swimming right and two dots (value 
mark) below.

Calciati 80; cf Hoover 149 (dots at lower left and right). 
Scarce with eagle left.
