SELEUCID KINGDOM: Seleucus II Callinicus (246-226 BC). 
AR tetradrachm (16.61 gm), Uncertain Mint 40 in 
Commagene. Diademed head of Seleucus II right, from same 
obverse die as preceding, recut a second time to change 
texture of hair / Apollo standing left, examining arrow 
and resting elbow on tall tripod, NP monogram in outer 
right field. Cf. SC 727.5 (same obverse die and state). 
Rare and unpublished. Slightly rough surfaces, to some 
extent attributable to die wear. Otherwise extremely 
fine
