SELEUCID KINGDOM: Seleucus II Callinicus (246-226 BC). 
AR tetradrachm (16.83 gm), Uncertain Mint 40 in 
Commagene. Diademed head of Seleucus II right, from same 
obverse die as preceding, recut to lengthen sideburn and 
shorten diadem ties / Apollo standing left, examining 
arrow and resting elbow on tall tripod, NP monogram in 
outer right field. Rare and unpublished. Cf. SC 727. 
Scattered surface marks, otherwise extremely fine
