outspread r. with scepter behind. Rev. Thunderbolt of Zeus. BASILEWS
DHMHTRIOY QEOY NIKATOROS. CSE 295 (this coin!) ex Houghton collection. Very
pretty small issue of Demetrius II! The emphasis on Zeus' bird and his
weapon (the thunderbolt) may indicate that Seleucia in Pieria was the true
mint for this issue. That city had an important cult of Zeus and thunder.
