      (126/5-121/0 BC). AR tetradrachm (16.74 gm).

      Damascus, 121/0 BC. Jugate busts right of Cleopatra 
      Thea, wearing diademed stephane and veil, and Antiochus 
      VIII, diademed / Zeus enthroned left, holding Nike and 
      scepter, AYR monogram in outer left field, AS under 
      throne, date BQP (SE 192 = 121/0 BC) in exergue. 
      Unpublished; cf. LSM 88 (AN under throne). Apparently an 
      unpublished variant. Nicely toned. Very fine
