This coin first appeared listed in the Pembroke collection sale 
by Sotheby, 31. July-11 Aug. 1848 (and described as "extremely rare but unsatisfactory"). It was purchased by the coin dealer Curt as part of a 6x Seleukid AE coin lot for the price of £2 2s. (£305 in today's money). It is not in SC, or any of Newell's works and it appears to have disappeared after the sale.

The portrait looks nothing like Achaios and I can find no other examples from anywhere, with Apollo holding up an arrow but neither leaning on a tripod nor with a bow, but I am adding the 
Pembroke sketch here just in case one ever turns up.
