                                Description

AE 12x14 of Nicopolis ad Istrum in Moesia Inferior, F+/aVF, probably from
Severan times. Obv. Youthful head right. Rev. Lion right. The coin is black
and brassy colored. The portrait is decent, with the top crowded by the
flan, and the reverse image is fairly nice, but partially cut off by the
flan. Legends are also partially cut off by the flan.
