     gm). Struck circa 310-301 BC. 'Teos' mint. Head of Herakles
     right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Zeus seated left, holding
     eagle and sceptre. Cf. Price 2295-2297; Hersh--. VF, unpublished
     monogram combination. 722410.

     With Price's monumental opus which catalogues all known varieties
     ofAlexander's coinage, it is a rare occurrence to encounter an
     unlisted variety. Charles Hersh did note a few in his
     "Corrections," but he was apparently unaware of this variety.
