Description       Kings of Macedon - Alexander III (The Great). 336-323 B.C. AR
     Tetradrachm 17.086 grams. Struck in Amphipolis circa 320-315 B.C.
      Obverse: Head of Herakles r., clad in lion's skin. Reverse: Zeus
        seated l., holding eagle and sceptre; in l. field, aplustre;
       beneath throne, amphora; in r. field, inscription "Alexander".
         Price 468. Very Fine.
